Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

At the heart of this strategy is a commitment to raising up new leaders in fresh ways. We can’t rely solely on traditional pipelines or expect growth using outdated frameworks. Instead, we need to identify, equip, and release leaders who are embedded in their communities, who understand the rhythms of everyday life, and who can form vibrant, mission-focused expressions of church right where they are.

How do you stay motivated?

I’m deeply inspired by the hundreds of church planting leaders I’ve had the privilege to serve, train, and help launch across Canada, the United States, Cuba, and Africa. Their courage, faith, and commitment to starting new churches continue to fuel my passion for this work. Even more, I’m compelled by Jesus Christ—His relentless compassion for people He loves, especially those who have not yet come to know Him. His heart is the driving force behind everything I do.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I plan to steward this $25,000 with intentionality, urgency, and a clear vision for both immediate impact and long-term multiplication. First, I will invest half of these funds directly into my church planting partners in Africa—leaders I know personally who are faithfully serving in some of the most resource-limited environments. These men and women are not only planting churches; they are meeting tangible needs through humanitarian work, caring for vulnerable families, and bringing hope
