My inspiration for my business is to stay happy, I’m in my own world when I am doing what I love. Creating art while staying connected to fishing is what drives me to continue to grow. Fishing and art is my therapy.
How do you stay motivated?My motivation for tying flies is the satisfaction of my creations working. Whether I go out and catch a fish on my fly or even better when someone else catches a fish on my flies, it gives me motivation to create more. I love to hear when customers of mine tell me that my products are working well for them; when this happen I know I’m on the right path.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I was awarded the $25,000 I would love to open up a store front selling my flies and improving my business, the money would also go toward my first car so I can take my business on the road from show to show where I make most of my money. The $25,000 would be life changing and it would be an honour to win.
