Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My family members are teachers, librarians and corporate trainers. They were also professional singers and dancers. My business is called Kokonut Gav. I create digital educational games and micro-learning modules for learners of all ages, teaching subjects such as Hawaiian language, Math, English, AI, etc. It's a nice combination of education and entertainment to keep learners engaged. Through my business, I get to honor my family's career legacy and perpetuate the Hawaiian culture.

How do you stay motivated?

I think of my family legacy. I think of the traditions of my Native Hawaiian people fighting through colonization, I think of health and benefit of my wife, children and other family members. I take a deep breath, close my eyes, focus, put my head down and then push forward. In Hawaiian we say, "Holo I Mua" which means "Move Forward."

What would you do with the $25,000?

$2,500 would go to God as tithing. $12,500 would be invested in upgraded software and technology tools to increase the rate of production of my games. $10,000 would be spend on advertising.
