Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I am inspired by my natural compassion to help relieve some of the pressure cooker existence. After loosing a loved one who was being evicted, my trauma is the driving force to bring action to the situation and do my part to make things better for those whom I can. I failed my brother, I don’t want to fail yours.

How do you stay motivated?

My desire and intrinsic motivation to see an end to homelessness in America. It makes me physically ill knowing we have people living in tents and dying. We can do better. It’s gotten so out of hand it’s embarrassing for this country. UNFORGIVEN speaks for societies broken, hopeless and how society is UNFORGIVING to those who fall, those who get sick. Or don’t have money. We should not be disposable because we don’t have money.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest some back into my very small order on demand store. Use some for marketing and honestly I don’t know about the rest because I am so new at this and so much to learn. Often Landlords are the first line of defense in what’s happening in their properties so definitely networking with those people as well. I would love to work with some makeup brands that I love as well so the beauty community can be apart of the impact.
