Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I am inspired by people who build solutions for their communities. My work with Menopause Matter and Soleil Consulting comes from a desire to create access, opportunity, and knowledge that helps others move forward and succeed.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by knowing that the work I do actually helps people. Through Menopause Matter, I’m creating space for women to get information and support that many of us never had. Through Soleil Consulting, I help businesses use technology and automation to grow and operate smarter. Seeing the real impact of that work keeps me moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won $25,000, I would invest it directly into growing the work I’m already doing. I would expand Menopause Matter so we can reach more women with education, community programs, and digital resources. I would also use it to strengthen Soleil Consulting by building more AI tools and automation systems that help businesses operate smarter and save time. For me, it would be about using the money to create more impact and more opportunity for the communities I serve.
