Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the small businesses in our community that have been here for years. Seeing owners stay committed, build relationships, and continue serving the neighborhood through changing times inspires me. They show that success isn’t just about growthit’s about creating a place people trust and feel connected to.

How do you stay motivated?

My biggest motivation is my children. They remind me every day why I work so hard and why building something meaningful matters. This business isn’t just a livelihood for me, it also supports the talented professionals who work here. Creating opportunities for my team while building a stable future for my family is what drives me to keep growing.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would invest in advanced education and training for my staff so they can continue growing their skills and offer the highest quality services. A portion would also go toward marketing to reach more clients and allow us to do more within our community, supporting local events and strengthening the connections that small businesses help create.
