Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration stems from the resilience and untapped potential of Francophone African women entrepreneurs. I am driven by the "radical transparency" model—the idea that business can be a force for good by ensuring fair compensation for producers while delivering premium quality. My goal is to bridge the gap between traditional African craftsmanship (in fashion and flavors) and the global luxury market, proving that ethical commerce and high-end branding can coexist seamlessly.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the tangible impact of my work on the community. Transitioning from a career in cybersecurity to entrepreneurship taught me that my greatest strength is building secure, sustainable systems—now applied to business. Seeing a producer receive fair value for their spices or a woman entrepreneur find her voice through my mentorship fuels my drive. My four children are my ultimate "why," as I strive to build a legacy of excellence, integrity, and cultural pride.

What would you do with the $25,000?

This investment would catalyze the scaling of "Djende." I would allocate funds to finalize professional product analysis and shelf-life testing at the Food Industry Development Centre, ensuring our specialty powders meet global retail standards.
