My inspiration comes from entrepreneurs who build solutions that improve people’s lives and make organizations more effective. I am especially inspired by innovators who use technology to solve real business problems. Today, artificial intelligence has the power to transform how companies operate, and my goal is to help businesses use AI responsibly to increase productivity, improve decision-making, and unlock new opportunities for growth.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the long-term impact of the work I’m building. Entrepreneurship requires persistence, discipline, and continuous learning. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow stronger and think more creatively. I also stay motivated by learning about new technologies, especially AI, and finding ways to help businesses become more efficient and competitive in an increasingly digital world.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would invest it directly into expanding my business, Ethio Deutsch Industries. My focus would be on developing practical AI consulting solutions that help organizations automate repetitive tasks, improve workflow efficiency, and increase productivity. I would also use part of the funding to continue my education in artificial intelligence so I can deliver even greater value to the businesses I serve.
