Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the families I’ve served in healthcare over the past 14 years, especially seniors and vulnerable patients who struggle to access consistent care and support. I’m also inspired by my children and my family’s legacy of entrepreneurship. Their example drives me to build businesses that not only create financial stability, but also improve lives and strengthen communities.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started helping families navigate healthcare challenges with dignity and support. As a nursing student, mother of four, and healthcare entrepreneur, I’ve learned that discipline and purpose keep me moving forward. Every client served and every life improved reminds me that the work we are building is bigger than me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would help expand services through Lovebird Healthcare Solutions by increasing caregiver capacity, purchasing essential medical and safety equipment, and strengthening systems that support seniors aging safely at home. It would also help develop workforce training through our ecosystem, creating more opportunities for caregivers while improving access to quality care in our community.
