Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My children are my greatest inspiration—they push me to lead by example and one day carry forward what I’ve built. As a disruptor in regenerative orthopedics, my mission is to expand access to treatments not covered by insurance. I named my business Resilience Orthopedics to reflect what I strive to instill in my family and patients—a resilient mindset to overcome challenges and take control of life.

How do you stay motivated?

I don’t wait for motivation—I build discipline. My family is my why, my patients are my purpose, and my vision is bigger than any obstacle. When things get tough, I remind myself: quitting isn’t an option. I stay focused, stay resilient, and keep showing up—because success is earned, not given.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d reinvest every dollar back into the business to expand access to regenerative orthopedic care. That means bringing in advanced equipment, increasing patient outreach, and making treatments more accessible for those who need them but can’t afford them. This isn’t just growth—it’s impact. The goal is to reach more people, change more lives, and continue building something that truly serves the community. The need is there, I just need to expand my visibility.
