Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my aunts—cosmetologists and business owners who cared for their families while uplifting their communities through the hair industry. Watching them showed me the power of beauty as both service and stability. That legacy drives my work in hair systems, education, and entrepreneurship—creating opportunities, building confidence, and empowering others to thrive through beauty and self-care.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by my family, who fuels my purpose, and the youth who aspire to enter the cosmetology industry and look to me for guidance. As a business owner, I’m driven to be a cornerstone in my community—creating opportunities, giving back, and leading by example. Knowing that my work can inspire, uplift, and open doors for others keeps me focused, passionate, and committed to building a lasting impact.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000, I would invest in securing a facility to expand my business into a hub for education, hands-on training, and entrepreneurship in the cosmetology industry. My goal is to create a space that also serves as a youth center—providing access, mentorship, and opportunity to individuals with limited resources. This investment would allow me to build a pipeline of skilled professionals while strengthening and uplifting my community.
