Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from the belief that leadership and entrepreneurship can be powerful tools for change. I am inspired by the opportunity to build something that not only creates economic success, but also strengthens communities, protects the land, and creates meaningful opportunities for others. As an Indigenous woman, my vision for business is rooted in resilience, responsibility, and long-term impact. I’m inspired by the generations before me who showed strength.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by staying focused on the purpose behind what I’m building. When challenges come up, I remind myself that growth and leadership are built through persistence and resilience. If I received $25,000, I would invest it into building and strengthening my business by covering essential startup costs such as equipment, training, certifications, and insurance. This funding would help establish a strong operational foundation while allowing me to create opportunities in environmental and wildfire-related work that support both community development and land stewardship.
