How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the bigger picture—building something that creates long-term freedom and opportunity. Progress, even small wins, keeps me going. I also stay disciplined by setting clear goals and reminding myself that consistency compounds over time. Challenges don’t stop me—they push me to adapt and improve.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it directly into scaling my business by bringing production in-house. This includes purchasing screen printing equipment, hiring staff, and improving workflow systems. Right now, outsourcing limits our growth and margins—this funding would allow us to increase capacity, reduce costs, and take on larger contracts while building a more efficient operation.
