Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my father, who taught me strength, integrity, and the value of leading through service. His example shaped how I show up for my community. I am also inspired by a former LLOTC board member who passed after battling brain cancer. Their strength and commitment to others, even during hardship, showed me what true leadership looks like. These influences drive my commitment to serve, uplift youth, and help create lasting change through Little Listeners of the Carolinas.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by staying connected to my purpose and the impact I want to make in my community. Being part of the Civic Leadership Academy for two years and serving on the Youth Council for two years has strengthened my passion for leadership and service. These experiences have shown me the importance of using my voice and taking action. I also stay motivated through my work with my nonprofit and my internship at Springclean, where I continue to grow, learn, and contribute in meaningful ways.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into Little Listeners of the Carolinas to support key community programs and events. Funding would go toward our 6th Annual STTZ, 2nd Annual Family Movie Night, and Christmas sponsorship efforts to support families in need. A portion would also strengthen nonprofit operations and year-round youth programs, including mentorship and leadership development. The goal is to create immediate impact through events while building long-term support for youth and families.
