Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Success in business inspires me, but impact inspires me more. I’m motivated by entrepreneurs who start with little and build something that serves their community and creates opportunities for others. My goal is not just to grow a company, but to build something that provides real value, helps people when they need it, and leaves a positive mark on the community I serve.

How do you stay motivated?

Staying motivated comes from knowing I’m building something bigger than myself. At 21, I’m young in an industry where many people have decades of experience, and that pushes me to work harder every day. I stay driven by setting goals, serving my customers well, and proving that age doesn’t define capability. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn, grow, and build a business that makes a real impact.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would invest it directly back into my business to expand equipment, increase efficiency, and serve more customers. As a young entrepreneur, access to capital can accelerate growth significantly. This investment would allow me to scale faster, strengthen operations, and continue building a business that creates value, opportunities, and long-term impact in the community.
