Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from purpose, community and legacy. Through my cigar lounge and barbershop, I create spaces where people feel connected and valued. My nonprofit work keeps me grounded, reminding me that success is about impact, not just profit. Im inspired by the people I serve and driven to build businesses that uplift others while creating lasting change.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering that everything I build serves a bigger purpose. The lounge creates community, the barbershop builds confidence, and the nonprofit changes lives. On hard days, I focus on impact over comfort- knowing someone benefits from my consistency keeps me disciplined, even when you motivation fades.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I'd invest $25,000 into expanding my space to better serve both business and purpose-upgrading the cigar lounge to host more community events, enhancing the barbershop experience and creating dedicated space for my nonprofit's programs. It's about building an environment where culture, service and impact meet, allowing us to reach more people and do more good consistently
