Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Volunteering in vulnerable communities around the world early in my career showed me the ripple effect of a single drop of water given to those truly thirsting for it. I believe technology is a change agent, so I chose to use it to build the future I want to see. Not another middleman app, but a mission: connecting founder-led businesses to community members who need an opportunity to serve and earn, because when the right people find the right work, businesses grow, and communities rise.

How do you stay motivated?

In Kontrack's early days, I held on by remembering why I started, the experiences that still haunt me and refuse to let me quit. Now, three things fuel me: the reality of seeing founder-led businesses and their communities genuinely thrive through Kontrack, these early adopters proving the mission is real, and a team of hardworking, insane believers who chose to show up with little and give everything. It's truly beyond motivation; it's a movement

What would you do with the $25,000?

$25,000 moves Kontrack toward $10K MRR, fueling brand awareness, community outreach, and building a platform where businesses and community workers genuinely find each other. But beyond the capital, this investment means traction, focus, and proof that the mission is worth backing. What excites me most isn't the money; it's the opportunity for mentorship that comes with it. I believe that the right guidance for myself and my team at this stage multiplies what we can give back.
