Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration in business is my dad. I grew up watching him build something from nothing. At Harriet’s Hamburgers, I’ve worked every role and learned what it takes to run a great business. I’m also inspired by my uncle, founder of Tommy John, who turned a simple idea into a nationally known brand.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by constantly thinking about new ideas and opportunities. I pay attention to what people like and what could be done better. Being around my dad’s businesses has shown me the work it takes and pushes me to contribute. I set goals, keep improving, and enjoy the challenge of turning ideas into something real.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I received the $25,000, I would invest it into growing my businesses by expanding operations, improving equipment, and creating new opportunities. I would also donate a portion to Halfway There Animal Rescue, a Charlotte charity I work closely with and strongly support, helping them continue rescuing and caring for animals in need.
