Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by the people who were never given a fair shot—workers, creators, and founders who carry entire systems on their backs without recognition. Girl Friday exists to restore what they were denied: dignity, opportunity, and a place where their work is seen and valued.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the responsibility of stewardship. When you build something meant to outlive you, motivation stops being emotional and becomes structural. I show up because the ecosystem depends on it.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d use it to accelerate Girl Friday’s launch—funding the Writers Academy modules, accessibility features, and the community-owned job platform. Every dollar goes toward building an ecosystem that restores dignity and opportunity at scale.
