Who or what is your inspiration in business?

One of my biggest inspirations in business is Daymond John. His story of building FUBU from the ground up shows the power of vision, resilience, and believing in your idea even when resources are limited. As an entrepreneur and childcare center owner, his journey reminds me that determination, creativity, and hard work can turn small beginnings into impactful businesses that serve and uplift communities.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. Serving children and families through my childcare centers reminds me that my work makes a real difference in my community. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow, and seeing children learn, families supported, and my vision becoming reality keeps me focused, determined, and passionate about continuing to build something meaningful.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 toward securing a building for my childcare program, allowing me to expand capacity and serve more families in my community. Ownership would create long-term stability, allow for additional classrooms, and help create more jobs for educators. My goal is to continue building a safe, high-quality learning environment that supports children and working parents while strengthening the community.
