Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I remember cleaning once when my daughter was younger and I did not want her to touch the cleaner. I was worried what it could do as her skin is extremely sensitive. I thought what are you using and what can I do to make my own that is safe for her? And for that my biggest inspiration would be my daughter. I would not have started my business if it weren't for her. Having her in mind each step of the way is what has inspired me to create so many gentle products.

How do you stay motivated?

I started this business because of my daughter. I stay motivated by thinking about her and how I want her to grow up, be proud and know what an impact she’s made. Thinking about all the moms out there who are doing the very best they can each day is my other motivation. I understand how hard it could be and if I can take away just one worry for all of them, I would be so happy. Thinking about the difference that I can potentially make for so many people truly keeps me going.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the money to invest in my company. I want to advertise properly to get my products, my mission, and my goals out for everyone to learn more about Everyday Bear. Winning this kind of money would only help me grow my business into what I have envisioned from the beginning.
