Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration come from resilience and service. After suffering a stroke in 2021, I rebuilt my path by launching Hotshot Drone Service. My background as a wildland firefighter and wind turbine technician taught me discipline, teamwork, and safety. Today I'm inspired by the opportunity to help businesses operate safer and more efficiently using drone technology.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on purpose and progress. Building Hotshot Drone Service allows me to continue contributing to industries like construction, energy, and real estate while improving safety through aerial technology. Every new client, flight mission, and opportunity reminds me that setbacks don't define us - how we respond does.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the funding into expanding Hotshot Drone Service by purchasing advanced inspection equipment, mapping software, and operational tools to serve construction, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects. The funding would help scale operations, improve safety inspections, and create opportunities to support businesses with efficient aerial data and documentation.
