Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by what’s possible when young people are given real opportunities. Through TEEDC, I’ve seen students go from uncertainty to confidence, turning ideas into income and leadership. That transformation shows how access and exposure can shift futures, strengthen communities, and create impact that extends far beyond the individual.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through the opportunity to do this work and even be considered in spaces like this. It’s an honor to serve the students we reach through TEEDC, and I don’t take that lightly. Knowing that our work creates real opportunities for young people to build, earn, and grow keeps me grounded and focused. It’s bigger than me, and that perspective keeps me consistent.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use it to expand TEEDC’s reach into more schools and communities, providing students with hands-on entrepreneurship experiences, startup support, and access to resources. This investment would allow us to reach more students, strengthen program delivery, and increase the number of young people gaining real-world skills, generating income, and building confidence for their future.
