Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by people who build things that actually change lives. Not just big CEOs, but founders, researchers, and builders who see a problem and decide to do something about it. What inspires me most is the idea that one person can create something that helps thousands or even millions of people. That’s what drives me. Business, to me, is one of the most powerful tools for turning ideas into real impact.

How do you stay motivated?

What keeps me motivated is the impact. I know everyone probably says that, but I truly mean it. The work isn’t always fun, and it’s definitely not easy, but the idea that something I build could positively impact someone’s life, even in the slightest way, is so incredibly powerful to me. I also love the challenge of entrepreneurship. You’re constantly innovating, solving problems, learning new things, and pushing yourself harder each time.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the funding into continuing the development of my bacteriophage-based antimicrobial research and exploring how it could eventually become a real healthcare solution. Antibiotic resistance is projected to cause millions of deaths in the next few years, and new treatment methods are urgently needed. This funding would allow me to continue testing formulations, expand experiments, and move the project closer to something that could one day help doctors treat infections differently.
