Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration in business is Alex Hormozi. I have quite a few but he's definitely the most prominent. I admire how he's built an empire with his wife and learned from the losses he took throughout his career. Lately he gets a lot of heat for promoting hustle culture and lack of work life balance but I believe to become successful it takes a lot of sacrifices and as long as I keep my morals intact I'm willing to sacrifice anything to reach my goals just like Alex did.

How do you stay motivated?

Watching my mom raise me while putting herself through law school and becoming a lawyer is where i get my resilience from. She never made excuses and never needed external motivation to get stuff done. She was the definition of a self starter. Being close to someone who went against all odds also showed me that anything is possible and I genuinely believe that because of her. So my motivation and resilience come from my mom but also from the desire to reach my full potential.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would reinvest the $25,000 into expanding artist development, bringing on more independent artists, and upgrading studio & lighting equipment to improve production quality. I’d also scale our community events to create more opportunities for local creatives, while establishing an emergency fund to support our artists and team with stability as they grow.
