Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration in business is the experience of building my own company, Mid Mo Window Washing. Starting and growing it has taught me responsibility, discipline, and how to work with customers. Seeing the results of my own effort motivates me to keep learning about business and entrepreneurship so I can continue expanding my company and creating opportunities in my community.

How do you stay motivated?

Staying motivated comes from setting goals and seeing progress toward them. Running my business, Mid Mo Window Washing, pushes me to work hard because I know the effort I put in directly affects the results I get. I stay motivated by focusing on improving, serving my customers well, and thinking about how the work I’m doing now will help me grow my business in the future.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to invest in my education and continue building my business, Mid Mo Window Washing. It would help cover tuition, tools, and training so I can grow my skills in business and entrepreneurship. My goal is to expand my company, create jobs, and continue serving customers in my community while building a successful small business.
