Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’ve always believed in building something of my own rather than trading time for a paycheck. Real estate showed me how powerful ownership and leverage can be. Instead of just working for income, you can build assets that grow over time and create opportunities for others. Entrepreneurship gives me the ability to solve problems, create value in my community, and design my own future.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on long-term goals rather than short-term comfort. Discipline is more important than motivation, so I build habits that push me forward every day. Whether it’s improving in business, real estate, or personal growth, I remind myself that every small action compounds over time. Progress and purpose keep me moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would reinvest the $25,000 into growing my real estate business and creating long-term opportunities. The funds would go toward marketing, expanding my network, and identifying strong investment properties. My goal is to use that capital to build assets that generate value over time while helping more people buy, sell, and invest in real estate. It would be fuel to scale something meaningful and sustainable.
