A big inspiration of mine is to be able to support the Christian ministries I believe in without having to sacrifice my families needs. To be financially free so to speak. There are few hot sauces on the market today that don't just taste of vinegar. Which inspired me to create a few recipes that taste like the peppers they're made from. I have accomplished that.
How do you stay motivated?My love for cooking and creating new recipes. Getting people's feed back whether positive or negative just inspires me to innovate new sauces or figure out why the one didn't workout.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the $25,000 back into the business by getting our sauces ph certified, getting the UPC's so that we can get into contact with buyers and suppliers. We have a sauce producers waiting on stand by to help us move for with production. We have a retailer waiting for us to have the above mentioned complete so they are able to place orders.
