Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my life experiences, my mother’s legacy, and the communities that are often overlooked. I grew up understanding that many people have potential but lack access to guidance, opportunity, and support. Losing my mother at a young age and navigating life through both struggle and resilience taught me the importance of healing, purpose, and perseverance.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering the purpose behind the work that I do. My businesses and initiatives are not just about entrepreneurship; they are about creating opportunities for people who may not otherwise have access to them. Every time someone gains a new certification, starts a healthcare career, or finds hope through one of our programs, it reminds me why the work matters.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I were awarded the $25,000, I would invest it into expanding my Mental Health Quick Care and Mindset Gym initiative and strengthening the workforce training programs under MedXpressionz. My goal is to create accessible spaces where people can develop both career skills and emotional resilience. A portion of the funding would be used to expand our Mental Health Quick Care pop-up experiences in community spaces such as libraries and youth centers.
