Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is when a child/youth heals from trauma through thru creative expression. When they learn that their gift of dance, song, art or writing can open doors to careers that will bring them out of poverty. I am inspired by unlocking creativity and being the change agent that connects Creativity and Community. I am most inspired by the truth and power of God that pushes all creativity into existence.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by continually training and mentoring children and youth to reach higher or to know that their creative expressions are valuable. Working in at risk communities with children that others have tossed away, yet have unique skills in the arts keeps me motivated.

What would you do with the $25,000?

This great gift would go towards our campaign to build our state-of-the-art facility which will serve as a vibrant, safe space for children and youth complete with: - A recording studio for young musicians and vocalists - A professional dance floor for pre-professional training - A stage for youth theater, modeling shows, and community performances - Classrooms for acting, writing, visual arts, and career exploration - Safe spaces for mentoring, healing, and growth
