Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is John W. Thompson former CEO of Symantec. I met him a few years ago in an elevator and he gave me some great advice to follow my dreams work hard and make a difference. My other inspiration is to manage a software company that values the customer’s business and establishes strong business partnerships based on trust and professionalism. How do you stay motivated?

I started in this industry in 1980, working for Chemical Bank as a tape librarian years later a software consultant! My dad told me that I can do anything if I put my mind to it. Work hard, learn everything strive to be the best , respect people and aspire to greatness. I never forget about where I started, my childhood struggles from a broken home and the men/women who mentored me, I want to do the same for others by starting this company that values its employees and customers.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use it for R&D.. I have been self funded for 6 years now so this would help me with those costs tremendously,
