Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration in business is myself at 16, starting Scented Flames by Jai with limited resources but big vision. I’m also inspired by creators who merge creativity and strategy, like Virgil Abloh and Rihanna, who built brands by thinking beyond products and creating experiences. Their innovation pushes me to scale boldly while staying authentic.

How do you stay motivated?

stay motivated by remembering why I started: building something bigger than me. Balancing school, leadership roles, and my business keeps me disciplined, but seeing customers connect with my work keeps me going. I also set small, measurable goals so I can track progress and stay focused on long-term growth.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into scaling Scented Flames by Jai through equipment, inventory, and expansion into experiential events. Funds would support advanced 3D printing equipment, bulk materials, packaging, and pop-up activations that align with my long-term vision of launching the Creativity Flame Bar storefront.
