I’m inspired by the opportunity to transform how people learn and grow at work. Organizations invest heavily in training, yet too many programs fail to change performance. That challenge motivates me. I’m inspired by leaders and builders who create systems that empower people to develop skills, think critically, and solve real problems. My work is driven by the belief that education and training can unlock human potential and strengthen organizations worldwide.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on impact. When training is designed well, it improves how people work, make decisions, and contribute to their organizations. Knowing that the programs we create can help someone gain confidence, develop new skills, or advance in their career keeps me focused. I also stay motivated by building—developing new ideas, programs, and learning systems that raise the standard for workforce training.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The funding would support the expansion of The Global Training Association’s learning initiatives, including the development of new certification programs and accessible workforce training resources. It would allow us to accelerate the creation of high-quality instructional design courses, invest in learning technology, and expand access to training that helps professionals build modern workplace skills.
