Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my faith, family, and team. Our journey as immigrants building a business through COVID, losing key support, and facing doubt pushed us to keep going despite limited resources. With answered prayers and genuine intention, we grew to two restaurant branches and placed our products in Real Canadian Superstore—each step proving our purpose and resilience.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by how far we’ve come—turning hardships into achievements. My faith, family, and commitment to self‑care remind me that time is a gift meant for meaningful impact. I’m proud of our growth and the difference we make in our family and community. I’m inspired by those who persist through challenges; their resilience keeps me grounded in our values, mission, and vision.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If we win $25,500, it will help sustain our cash flow by adding labour, improving logistics through AI processes, and securing a production facility for our frozen sisig lechon and other 3‑minute cooking products. As we expand into more Real Canadian Superstores and explore a proposal with Co‑op food stores, this funding is essential to support our growth and meet increasing demand.
