How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on change and positive impact. I believe anything is possible and everyone has the potential to become anything they want in life. We create systems all around us to process the world but they are not the only option and they very rarely help the people that need it the most. All humans deserve the same amount of opportunity and I fight for that. I find fuel in the stories of others. Listening closely to connect dots and solve problems. It is a very creative process.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I’d invest in strengthening SideKix’s people and process engine. Most would go toward refining the app to improve personalization and user experience, while launching a micro-grant program for underserved entrepreneurs. I’d also reward my team for their commitment. The goal is simple: turn capital into a catalyst that drives long-term growth, empowers people, and builds a stronger, more resilient communities.
