I would use the $25,000 to expand the reach of my leadership work so more people experience workplaces built on trust and respect. Leadership shapes how someone walks into work each morning, either confident—or quietly discouraged. If more leaders recognize the signals they send, more people will feel valued, supported, and proud of the work they do, because work should build people, not diminish them.
