My Books draw from the essences of life’s rawest stories and my own travels. A stark contrast observed between two families’ values on living and wealth sparked a deep, personal confrontation. It mirrored my past struggles- from homelessness to self-imposed binds- and became the very genesis of this work.
How do you stay motivated?My career as a hairdresser has always been my passion and motivation. When you do what you love it’s basically hard to have bad days. I work out and stay active in the gym. Utilize resources constantly to get better. After losing my mother back in 2000 and failing a lot . one day I just decided to finally give it my all.
What would you do with the $25,000?My book’s chapter 8, ‘ Mental effects on families,’ offers a raw look at the personal sacrifices, like family separation, made during its creation.
