Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is my daughter, Katherine Rose. After she passed away in the NICU, I founded Lambie’s Love to bring comfort to families facing the unimaginable. Every bereavement box we donate and every family we support is guided by the belief that even the smallest, shortest life does leave a lasting impact on the world—and that one act of kindness can make all the difference.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by thinking about the families we serve and the memory of our beloved children. Lambie’s Love provides compassionate, inclusive, and sensitive support—offering meaningful comfort and resources to families experiencing infant loss. Every box we deliver and every family we connect with reminds me that compassion and love in action can be a lifeline, helping grieving parents feel less alone.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would expand Lambie’s Love’s Bereavement Box Program for NICUs, reaching more hospitals and families facing infant loss. Funds would provide high-quality keepsakes, support outreach and resources for grieving parents, and grow our volunteer-driven mission to bring compassion and connection when families need it most.
