Making an impact & changing the world, I assist clients in identifying their core aspirations and establishing clear, achievable short & long-term goals. How do you stay motivated?

I remember why I started, who I’m serving, the impact I want to make, and the legacy I’m building it reignites my drive. Purpose fuels perseverance. I focus on progress, not perfection. I give myself credit for small wins. Momentum comes from showing up consistently, not from getting everything right. I create structure, even on low-energy days. Motivation follows action. I set simple, non-negotiable tasks so I keep moving forward even when I don’t feel like it.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I will donate a potion to my scholarship foundation to continue educating less fortunate children in my birth country Liberia, West Africa. Donate to the Virginia Food Bank, donate to my daughter's school STEM program, donate to Newport News Police Foundation, donate to the National Cancer Society.
