Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Success is the physical manifestation of vision. In that very manifestation there’s a place where wellness and opportunity aren’t mere luxuries, they are foundations. My inspiration in business stems from my desire to promote generational change. I am driven by the belief that thriving as a community requires organic, disciplined, and intentional action. I am truly inspired by the limitless potential of our youth when given the proper tools.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through disciplined stewardship of my mission. My motivation is grounded in the synergy of my work. I plan to apply the insight from my psychological studies into creating the building blocks for our foundation. We will provide education, mentorship, and a safe community environment. Addressing the needs from children to young adults and assisting with housing and resources. If the steps I take today secure the future for a child tomorrow, that’s all the motivation needed.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Execute a catalyst strategy to transition from a digital presence to a physical community anchor. Phase 1: High-Impact Community Outreach— a series of strategic events to gain local awareness. Allowing us an opportunity to gather data, establish partnerships, and directly engage. Phase 2: Operational Infrastructure— I will then invest in the foundational requirements; including permitting, site development, and initial equipment for our vocational training labs.
