Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration is the team and community around Allies Integrated Health. Our practitioners, patients and collaborators constantly bring new ideas, perspectives and care to the table. Watching people with different skills come together to support someone’s health reminds me that the best businesses are built through collaboration, not competition.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. My path into this work came through grief and a deep curiosity about healing. Building Allies has been a way to turn that experience into something meaningful for others. Every time someone walks in overwhelmed and leaves lighter, calmer or more understood, it reminds me why this work matters. Those small moments of relief and connection keep me going on the long days and remind me that care can change lives. It keeps me going when things get hard.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I received the $25,000, the first priority would be our patient access fund so people who might otherwise go without care can still receive treatment. Every week we meet people who need support but worry about cost. The rest would go back into the clinic: a wider electric lift treatment table so we can safely treat patients of all body sizes, soundproofing to quiet a loud elevator motor beside one treatment room, and building a wall to create a calmer, more private healing space for patients.
