Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I have worked in the social services industry for 30+ years mainly in inclusive services, the people I work with are exceptional people, when you get to know people of disabilities it's life changing and life reaffirming, I also have dyslexia and High functioning Nerodivergency (auto processing disorder) there aren't enough programs that offer an appropriate inclusion position for creating an environment that doesn't define but instead offers services to all. No One Left Behind. That's our moto.

How do you stay motivated?

Continued work on the awareness of our global pandemic of mental health issues that start from Government and filter down to the streets because no one is doing the core investigations and investments for the issues at large. I have been currently lobbing for quality assessments for our Vulnerable sector care services and programs (I have seen first hand how poorly it's run, my investigations have gone unrecognised, even shut down) we need measurable tools to provide quality care and services.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Market my business, I have all the core facilitating for my business waiting for the opportunity to shine. But I lack the ability to get noticed due to large competing powerhouse businesses that has full access to media, marketing and advertising. I would like to get my classes going, I run out of my home and the online position is tough and competitive so I need the visibility and promotional support to be competitive. This is a growing industry with many skilled partners and competitors.
