I’m inspired by the opportunity to turn passion into purpose. Through my business, I share culture, creativity, and community through food. As an entrepreneur and chef, I want to build something lasting that not only supports my family but also brings people together and shows others that with dedication and vision, dreams can become real opportunities.

How do you stay motivated?

My family is my biggest motivation. I’m driven by the desire to build a legacy and create generational wealth that hasn’t always been common in my community. Through entrepreneurship, I want to show my children that ownership, hard work, and vision can change a family’s future. Every step I take in business is about building something lasting for them and for the generations that follow.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Being selected would mean so much to me. I would use the $25,000 to invest in essential equipment, strengthen my brand, and expand my ability to serve more customers. This funding would help transform my vision into sustainable growth, allowing me to scale my business, create more opportunities, and continue bringing culture and community together through food while building a lasting legacy for my family.
