Free RegistrationMy members. The lives that I have changed. The lives that I am changing. They are the inspiration behind me having this gym. I have members that are sober now. I have multiple older members that have extended the years of their life by being here. That's inspiration enough for me.
How do you stay motivated?Motivation comes and goes. What keeps me going is purpose. I get to build a space where people rise, grow, and become stronger versions of themselves. On the hard days, I don’t chase motivation — I lean on discipline, community, and the reminder that this work matters.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest it right back into the community at the gym. I would have a cookout and buy more equipment.
