I’m inspired by builders and visionaries, who use technology to elevate human potential. Throughout my career in HR and workforce technology, I saw how outdated and over-priced systems hold people and companies back. That experience motivated us to create ArieWorks - an AI-first platform built to reduce the costs associated with HR technology, and the friction in work. Shifting focus back to creativity, connection, and purpose.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the belief that entrepreneurs can change systems that no longer serve people. Building ArieWorks is about more than a company - it’s about creating technology that helps organizations unlock human potential and operate better. The opportunity to solve meaningful problems and leave something better than I found it keeps me moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

We would use the $25,000 to help fuel our mission at ArieWorks to transform how people experience work. As a startup, every dollar helps us keep building, hiring, and creating opportunity. The funds would support critical team roles and operations so we can continue developing technology that helps organizations work smarter and helps people find more meaningful, fulfilling work.
