How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by the love of the industry. I have done this half of my life and love seeing it continue to progress. When something is meaningful it takes dedication, but the reward is building friendships along the way and growing a reputable business makes it worth it. I’m driven by the desire to keep improving every clients experience, raising the standard, and creating a salon people continue to enjoy going to and trust.
What would you do with the $25,000?Saving the funds would represent discipline and planning for the future. I would keep them set aside as a financial safety net. Having savings allows a business to stay stable during any challenges that might arise while also being prepared to expand, improve, and continue building a strong and sustainable brand as the years go on.
