Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from thinkers like Don Norman and Peter Senge, who showed that design can help people understand complex systems. Their work inspires my mission to make systems thinking accessible to everyone. Through storytelling and education, my work helps people recognize patterns, feedback loops, and consequences so they can make better decisions for their communities and the world.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by listening. People often share their stories with me, and across those conversations I see the same challenges repeating at different levels: between individuals, communities, and nations. Recognizing those patterns reinforces why this work matters. It reminds me that teaching systems thinking is not just an idea, but a lifelong commitment to helping people better understand the forces shaping their lives.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The funding would accelerate the development of children’s books that teach systems thinking through stories about nature, science, and society. I would expand translation into multiple languages and collaborate with digital creators to amplify these ideas online. The goal is to scale systems thinking education globally so more people grow up understanding how interconnected our world truly is.
