Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is the women building businesses while navigating everything else life throws at them. They're capable, committed, and often just one system away from sustainable growth. I started JRC because I've always been the person who brings order to complexity and I wanted to put that skill in service of people doing work that matters.

How do you stay motivated?

I started JRC for the flexibility to be present for my toddler without sacrificing the work I love. That choice motivates me daily, because I know how rare it feels. When I help women-owned businesses build structure and sustainability, I'm creating space for other working moms to do the same. The personal and the professional aren't separate for me. They fuel each other.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I'd invest in four areas: targeted marketing to reach more women-owned small businesses, automation tools to streamline my own operations, membership in a local BNI chapter and chamber of commerce to build genuine community, and a local event for women business owners centered on why operational structure matters from day one, not just when things break. Every dollar would go toward reach, efficiency, and impact.
