Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by legacy, both what I come from and what I’m building. As a sixth-generation New Orleanian, I’ve seen the power of culture, community, and resilience firsthand. I’m also inspired by the gap, the spaces where something should exist but doesn’t yet. That tension drives me to create. Possi is a result of that: building what I didn’t see, and doing it in a way that honors where I come from while expanding what’s possible.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on progress over perfection. I don’t wait for everything to be figured out. I move, test, and refine in real time. I’ve learned that momentum creates clarity. I also stay grounded in the bigger picture: I’m not just building a business, I’m building something that has the potential to impact how people experience wellness, culture, and opportunity. That responsibility keeps me focused and consistent.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to accelerate Possi’s transition from pilot experiences to a consistent, revenue-generating model. Specifically, I would allocate funds toward securing a physical space for programming, purchasing equipment, and supporting initial marketing and operations. This would allow me to increase frequency, serve more people, and establish a stronger foundation for long-term growth, partnerships, and scalability.
