My inspiration in business comes from a blend of thinkers and operators who each represent a different dimension of success—not just financially, but in how they think, decide, and endure. From Warren Buffett for his discipline and long-term compounding, Elon Musk for his first-principles thinking and bold execution under uncertainty, and Jeff Bezos for his long-term vision and customer-focused strategy, all of which shape how I think, act, and build in business.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on purpose over emotion—I don’t rely on how I feel in the moment, but on a clear vision of what I’m building and why it matters. I break big goals into smaller, actionable steps so I’m always making progress, and that momentum keeps me moving. I also see challenges and uncertainty as part of the process rather than obstacles, which helps me stay consistent even when things aren’t going as planned.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would deploy the cash prize as strategic seed capital to accelerate technology-led initiatives that deliver meaningful, scalable impact to society. The focus would be on advancing and deploying solutions for the causes we support, that improve accessibility, efficiency and opportunity across the communities we serve.
